  • From our meeting point we’ll jump into some pre-ordered ubers and make our way across the Auckland harbour bridge, soaking up stunning views of our ocean and volcanoes as we go. After a ten minute ride out of the city we’ll arrive at a hidden slice of native bush that even many locals don’t know about.

Here we’ll head out along an elevated bush walk and we’ll start to hear and then see an abundance of Tui bird in full voice and flight.
These guys are sometimes hard to find, but not here! I’ll point out native trees, bush and wildlife that you may not have seen before. It’s stunning natural beauty, you won’t believe you’re just ten minutes from the city.

Then we’ll head five minutes down the road to a stunning beach and local swimming spot. If the weather is good we’ll have a paddle and a dip as we look out across the water to the imposing Rangitoto Volcano, the youngest addition to the Auckland Volcanic field at just 600 years old!

After our stop we’ll head along an intriguing coastal trail, weaving from beach to bush and back again. After about 45 minutes we’ll reach our lunch spot in Takapuna where i’ll shout you a classic Fish and chip lunch and drink down at the beach.
